Privacy policy

We collect the minimum needed to make Overlap work: your name, email, the events you create, and the availability you submit.

Calendar data

If you connect a calendar, we read only your free/busy blocks for the date range of the event you're responding to. Never titles, attendees, or notes. Tokens are AES-256 encrypted before storage.

Cookies & analytics

We use a cookie to keep you signed in. During our private beta we also use PostHog analytics, including session replay, to understand how people use Overlap and fix problems — this records on-screen interactions but masks everything you type (emails, names, and other inputs are never captured). Session replay runs only during the beta.

Your rights

Delete your account any time. We'll wipe everything within 30 days.
